Returns & Exchanges

U.S. Returns & Exchange:

Shirudo Gear will ship the exchanged merchandise back to you without additional shipping charges (limit one exchange per order), provided the original invoice was received in order to properly credit or exchange the returned item(s), and the original packaging. If you do not have the original invoice, please fill out the return order form, print, and return with your purchased item(s) in order to properly credit your account:

Once your order has been received in our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your Return/Exchange to be processed. After your Return/Exchange has been processed, your replacement item(s) will be shipped immediately if you requested an exchange. Depending on your bank, Refunds will take up to 2-3 business days to clear your account after your returned item has been processed.



International and APO Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (i.e. Manufacturer’s defect) contact us through via email at info@shirudogear.com and we will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please fill out the return form in order to properly credit your account or process an exchange:
